• Contact enquiries: first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject, message, and submission time.
• Purplepreneur applications: personal details, contact details, date of birth, gender, nationality, address, business details, product details, next-of-kin details, eligibility answers, uploaded documents, passport photo, intro video or video link, and product images.
• Donations: donor name, email, optional phone number, donation amount, optional message, Paystack reference, payment status, and limited payment response data returned by Paystack. We do not store card numbers or card security codes.
• HR services: information you choose to send to us through WhatsApp or email, including CVs, role interests, hiring requirements, and contact details.
• Technical data: session identifiers, CSRF/security tokens, theme preference, gallery layout preference, cookie-consent preference, browser/device information, IP-derived logs produced by the web server, and error logs needed to keep the website secure and working.

How We Use Information

• To receive, review, and respond to enquiries, applications, HR requests, and partnership messages.
• To process applications for Purplepreneur Star and communicate updates by email or phone.
• To process donations, verify payment status through Paystack, send donation confirmations, and maintain donation records.
• To manage media/gallery uploads and display public gallery content.
• To secure the website, prevent spam or abuse, maintain admin access, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• To comply with legal, accounting, audit, tax, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations where applicable.

Payment pages may also involve Paystack cookies or similar technologies when you are redirected to Paystack. Social links such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email are controlled by those third parties after you leave our website.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where needed with:

• Paystack, for payment initialization, verification, and fraud checks.

Uploaded Files and Media

Application files such as documents, passport photos, videos, and product images are used to assess programme eligibility and participation. Gallery images uploaded by PRG administrators may be displayed publicly. Do not upload confidential, offensive, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have the right to share it.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to deliver our services, review applications, maintain donation/payment records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect website security. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, archive, or securely restrict it.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, subject to legal, security, programme, and record-keeping requirements. You can also clear cookies or local storage in your browser, though some website features may reset.

Security

We use practical safeguards including session controls, CSRF checks, admin authentication, protected admin file access, and secure payment redirection through Paystack. No website or internet transmission is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
